Service Excellence HVAC/R Lead Technician (Charlotte, NC)

📋 Description

• Maintain and repair Budderfly HVAC/R units in Charlotte, NC to ensure efficient operation.
• Identify and mitigate maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC/R systems.
• Complete commissioning checks and configure RTU controllers for efficiency.
• Perform routine physical maintenance: replace filters, clean coils, inspect belts.
• Keep daily logs in the work order system and uphold safety standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a service technician on HVAC/R systems.
• HVAC License and EPA Certification required.
• HVAC Controls experience; Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu familiarity.
• Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues before they compound.
• Travel within Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas; occasional weekend flexibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused.
