Service Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee transition of deliverables from 'Build' to 'Run' phase; draft, review, and execute SLAs and
• Own production, trend analysis, and delivery of monthly and quarterly SLA reports ensuring
• Coordinate internal teams (Hardware & Software Engineering, Repair, Validation, IT Support) for
• Lead complex Run projects for fleet updates (upgrades, retrofits) through all stages including
• Initialize and maintain macro and micro project schedules; track workloads, task dependencies, and
• Establish and lead internal alignment structures including weekly operational check-ins and monthly

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in project management or service delivery within Transport, Mobility, Smart
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, client-facing maintenance contracts or service agreements
• Strong experience managing project-level finances, cost forecasting, invoice tracking, and contract
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business-driven
