Service Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing maintenance team focused on safety, quality
• Direct all maintenance operations, including service requests, preventive maintenance, apartment
• Ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to AIR's standards for quality and customer service
• Drive resident satisfaction through responsive service, proactive communication, and strong team
• Manage maintenance expenses, optimize resources, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Partner with community leadership to plan capital projects, preserve the asset, and support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance, facilities, or building operations experience, ideally in multifamily
• 3+ years of experience leading maintenance, facilities, or technical service teams
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance programs, and asset preservation
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, inventory, and competing operational priorities
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Reliable transportation

• Expected pay rate of $80,000 – $90,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity
