📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 2+ direct reports
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
• Manage all aspects of property maintenance including vendor relationships, service staff
• Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital
• Ensure property follows / in compliance with AIR operating procedures, guidelines, regulations, and
• Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining quality and customer

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management in property
• 1-3 years of experience leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call shifts
• Comfort with physical activity, able to move heavy equipment
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
