Service Manager, Preventative Maintenance

📋 Description

• Own preventive maintenance standards, task lists, schedules, and documentation for equipment
• Define maintenance scopes, service frequencies, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with
• Develop and manage tiered preventive maintenance offerings, contract delivery processes, and
• Monitor PM compliance, document findings, and ensure required follow-up actions are completed.
• Lead U.S. preventive maintenance teams and approved service partners, maintaining consistent

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of management experience.
• At least 5 years of technical experience in data center cooling, HVAC, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience building, implementing, and scaling preventive maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate distributed field teams.
• Strong technical understanding of chillers, coolant distribution units (CDUs), hydronic systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the
