• Guide individuals with developmental disabilities through Self Determination.
• Lead person-centered planning and develop PCPs.
• Guide budgeting and advocate with Regional Centers.
• Help clients find tailored supports and community services.
• Collaborate with customers and coworkers to achieve goals.
• Maintain client confidentiality and privacy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Developmental Disability community.
• Manage multiple customer relationships.
• Strong time management under pressure.
• Collaborative with customers and coworkers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
