🎯 Requirements

Experience with the Developmental Disability Community (professional or lived experience preferred).
Experience managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and private workspace to protect client confidentiality.
