Service Operations Technician 2 - Swing Shift

📋 Description

• Under general supervision, performs skilled maintenance, repair, and testing on complex electronic
• Uses diagnostic software and test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, calipers, power supplies)
• Analyze wiring diagrams and drawings to repair FRUs and conduct testing per work instructions.
• Assist with failure analysis, input on investigational teams for FRUs, and document findings.
• Communicate repair status with leads, supervisors, and other departments as necessary.
• Maintain traceability in SAP and adhere to GDP documentation standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma; AA or equivalent preferred; 1-2 years related experience or
• Language: English reading/writing; ability to present information in small groups.
• Math: Basic math; Reasoning: apply logical understanding and identify process improvements.
• Computer: Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP ERP; ACCS (Agile) system.
• Communication: Effective with technical and non-technical internal customers.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, professional integrity.
