Service Operations Technician 2 - Swing Shift

📋 Description

• Analyzes wiring diagrams, schematics, assembly drawings, fab drawings, mechanical component
• Performs repair of complex electro-mechanical assemblies, testing, failure analysis and Final Test
• Participates in investigational teams for FRUs and communicates status of repairs with
• Provides detailed symptom descriptions for failures, conducts quality inspection, and reports
• Adheres to GDP guidelines, documents in SAP, follows procedures, maintains workstation, recommends

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; AA preferred
• 1+ year related experience or training
• English proficiency; ability to read technical documents
• Basic math and reasoning skills
• Microsoft Office, SAP ERP, and ACCS (Agile) systems
• Detail-oriented; professional integrity; team collaboration
