🎯 Requirements

3+ years of commercial roofing sales or 5+ years B2B construction sales
History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
Understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of work
Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
Valid driver's license; willingness to travel; CRM experience
