Service Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead high-priority service requests and escalations worldwide.
• Mentor Technical Support Engineers in troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Drive issue isolation with customers, partners, and Eng teams.
• Become SME in containers (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and multi-cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Create high-quality documentation to reduce future support volume.
• Support Everpure Cloud Block Store product.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a similar role.
• Mastery in technical escalation management in production.
• Experience installing and supporting large-scale enterprise software.
• Public cloud: AWS, Azure, and GCE.
• Kubernetes and/or OpenShift deployment or support.
• Storage concepts and troubleshooting (iSCSI, NVMEoTCP, EBS, S3).
• Strong shell scripting skills.
• Ability to triage issues and escalate to Engineering.
