📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, messages, and emails.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant banking solutions.
• Navigate multiple systems and resources efficiently.
• Advise customers on available Forbright digital tools.
• Assist with application research and customer communications.
• Provide responsive, friendly customer service by phone or email.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of financial institutions and banking products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
