Service Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as Doma's named, licensed escrow officer in Texas, maintaining an active TDI license in good
• Own compliance with TDI requirements, including bonding, continuing education, recordkeeping, and
• Monitor Texas escrow, title, and real estate closing regulations, flagging changes that affect
• Act as the internal subject-matter expert on Texas escrow requirements for Legal, Compliance
• Help stand up strategic partnerships with large national settlement agents and attorneys that
• Develop and help deploy 'lights-out' enablement materials - tools, training, and workflows that let

🎯 Requirements

• Active, current Texas escrow officer license issued by the Texas Department of Insurance (required
• 5+ years of experience in title, escrow, or real estate closing operations, with direct exposure to
• Prior experience at a title insurance underwriter, title agency, proptech company, or real estate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to clients and senior
• Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a role with no direct precedent or template
• Must reside in Texas and be available for remote work with occasional travel to clients or Doma
