📋 Description

  • Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows, Chrome, Mac and Linux devices
  • Provide local and remote desktop support to 2000+ users in 51 offices
  • Set up and configure new laptops and desktops
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding per HR IT procedures
  • Deliver IT training to internal end users
  • Manage IT hardware/software procurement and IT projects

🎯 Requirements

  • Advanced Windows/Linux/Mac OS X/Chrome OS
  • Intermediate networking and cloud technologies
  • Google Workspace and MS Office
  • English communication (written and verbal)
  • ITIL (desirable)
