Handle all real-time incidents on the gaming floors related to hardware, software, and connection.
Fix game irregularities on the tables: Game Presenters' mistakes and software issues.
Prepare shift reports for the Management.

🎯 Requirements

Strong understanding of iGaming concepts and mechanics is highly preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience.
Willing to work in Cebu.
Quick thinking and attention to detail.
Analytical skills and multi-tasking.
Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in stressful situations.
