Service Technician - Retail

📋 Description

• Assist the Regional Property Manager and Director of Maintenance with assigned tasks promptly.
• Respond quickly to 24 Hour On-Call emergency maintenance requests.
• Make vacant tenant spaces ready to assist in property leasing goals.
• Report maintenance problems to the Regional Property Manager and Director.
• Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and improvement plans.
• Regularly inspect building and site elements; notify departments of conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two years of operational experience in the shopping center.
• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• Strong mechanical and HVAC background is preferred.
• Customer service oriented.
• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service.
• High School graduate; technical school preferred but not required.
