📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow AIR’s process for basic apartment turns.
• Complete resident repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team, community needs, and season.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in two technical trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergencies.
• Comfort with physical activity and moving heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
