Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
Manage users, groups, roles, ACLs, and security controls.
Perform platform upgrades, patching, and release management.
Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Service Catalog items.
Support ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change management.
Integrate REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers; develop dashboards and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 6+ years of IT experience.
At least 3+ years ServiceNow Administration experience.
Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge.
ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, and Change Management experience.
Flow Designer and Integration Hub experience.
JavaScript, REST APIs, and web technologies knowledge.
