📋 Description

• Own the schedule, staffing plan, deliverable tracking, and milestone reporting for an assigned
• Provide clear status reporting to program leadership and client stakeholders, including management
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, staffing requirements, vendor activities, and subcontractor
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of total relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years managing software
• At least 2 years of experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies in distributed or remote
• Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow Agile Module, or comparable Agile
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM, including Projects, Epics, and Stories.
• Strong understanding of ITIL service management processes and their application within technology
