📋 Description

• Design, configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities to support
• Build and maintain custom AI agents, skills, flow actions, and subflows using the Now Assist Skill
• Develop and maintain integrations with external AI and machine learning platforms, including AWS
• Manage CMDB and CSDM data models to ensure AI assets are accurately represented, tracked, and
• Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow plugins, application scopes, dependencies, activation
• Implement appropriate ACLs, roles, and persona-based access controls to support secure AI platform

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional ServiceNow development experience, including strong hands-on
• Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM, including CI classes, relationships, data modeling, and
• Practical experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing ACLs, roles, and persona-based access controls
• Experience managing plugins, application scopes, dependencies, and activation sequences.
