ServiceNow AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Gather and analyze system requirements by collaborating with end users, IT teams, technical
• Design, develop, configure, and deploy AI-driven applications, workflows, and custom solutions on
• Integrate machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and other AI
• Manage the full application development lifecycle, including solution design, coding, debugging
• Develop custom or product-based solutions that align with functional and technical requirements
• Configure and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST, SOAP

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI and advanced capabilities, including Virtual Agent
• Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems and platforms using MID Servers
• Experience developing or supporting automated, bi-directional integrations between enterprise
• Knowledge of data extraction and integration technologies such as JDBC, ODBC, or ETL solutions.
• Proven experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management
