ServiceNow Architect

📋 Description

• Define the architecture of ServiceNow implementations and oversee their successful delivery
• Lead the creation of detailed technical designs that leverage ServiceNow capabilities effectively
• Serve as expert advisor in solutioning sessions, bridging business and technical stakeholders
• Design and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (Active Directory, Workday, Jira, and
• Drive adherence to QA, security, and coding best practices across delivery teams
• Mentor consultants and developers, and foster practice growth through documentation and knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions, including significant enterprise-scale
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified System Administrator plus multiple CIS
• Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow data models, APIs (REST/SOAP), and platform security
• Proven experience integrating third-party systems and enterprise applications
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and a good command of English
