• Solution Design & Implementation
• Development of ServiceNow Solutions
• Providing technical expertise and participating in the implementation of new ServiceNow
• Documentation of ServiceNow architecture for use internally
• Contribution to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery
• Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technology field such as computer science or related field, or
• At least 4 years of implementation experience (Developer, Lead developer) in ServiceNow
• CTA or aspiration to achieve CTA
• Experience with scripting or programming (JavaScript, SQL, DB)
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) to ensure data is structured correctly
• Project management skills
