📋 Description

• Design and implement solutions tailored to the organisation's specific needs.
• Partner with the product team and other stakeholders to design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and participate in the implementation of new ServiceNow functionalities.
• Document ServiceNow architecture for internal use.
• Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.
• Implement, configure, and maintain interfaces/integrations with third parties.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technology field such as computer science or related field, or
• At least 5 years of implementation experience (Developer, Lead developer) in ServiceNow.
• Experience with architecture design of the ServiceNow Platform and ITSM at least 2 years.
• CTA or aspiration to achieve CTA.
• Experience with scripting or programming (JavaScript, SQL, DB).
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
