📋 Description

• Engage with clients, users, and stakeholders to identify, document, and translate functional
• Capture current-state processes and pain points, then help design and document effective
• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, configure, implement
• Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical designs aligned with
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout project and development lifecycles
• Build functional deliverables including process maps, design documents, communications, and other

🎯 Requirements

• Active and maintained Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, deliverables, and controls
• Experience working in an Agile environment, with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification preferred
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, ITSM, App Engine, and Scoped Apps
