📋 Description

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Translate business requirements into technical specs
  • Assist with client demos, workshops, and sessions
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge articles
  • Contribute to programs addressing future concepts and technologies

🎯 Requirements

  • Two years of ServiceNow experience minimum
  • Business process experience across ServiceNow suites and multiple process areas
  • Strong functional knowledge on at least one ServiceNow suite
  • Able to discuss integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools
  • Certified System Administration (preferred)
  • Strong presentation skills
