• Lead client demos, workshops, and process expert sessions.
• Escalation point for project teams; influence stakeholders.
• Maintain certifications and pursue new qualifications.
• Provide thought leadership to customers and the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform.
• Business process expertise on at least one suite and two related areas.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and self-starter attitude.
• Able to travel at least 25%.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third‑party tools.
