ServiceNow Business Process Consultant/Analyst - ITAM (Evening Shift)

📋 Description

• Manage software licensing positions for major publishers and SaaS
• Analyze entitlement, usage, and deployment data to identify risks
• Support audits, true-ups, renewals, and vendor compliance
• Review contracts, licensing terms, and maintenance agreements
• Maintain ServiceNow entitlement and contract repositories
• Use ServiceNow SAM Pro for licensing, reconciliation, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Software Asset Management, licensing, or ITAM
• 2+ years with ServiceNow SAM Pro and CMDB/ITAM modules
• Experience licensing major publishers (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM) and SaaS
• Knowledge of licensing models: subscription, user-based, device-based, cloud, consumption
• Experience reviewing contracts and maintenance terms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
• BPC experience: process discovery, workshop facilitation, or documentation
• CSA preferred; CIS-SAM or IAITAM/CSAM desirable
