ServiceNow Change and Release Manager

📋 Description

• Take end-to-end operational ownership of Change and Release Management processes within ServiceNow
• Evaluate change requests and determine approval pathways
• Review Change Records for CSV evidence
• Plan and execute complex release schedules across concurrent workstreams
• Manage dependencies, risks, approvals, and timelines
• Lead Change Advisory Board meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years total IT or IT service management experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow Change and Release Management experience
• Experience managing change controls in GxP or regulated IT environments
• Understanding of audit trails, validation evidence, Computer System Validation
• Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITIL v4 certification strongly preferred
• Clear understanding of relationship between Change and Release Management and Incident and Problem
