📋 Description

• Ensure the ServiceNow platform is up to date by applying patches and performing version upgrades.
• Automate application logic using workflow, scheduled script executions, and inbound and outbound
• Create and manage workflows, including flow designer, to automate business processes.
• Design and maintain the Service Catalogue, including defining and configuring items, order guides
• Build and enhance UI components, including forms, lists, and UI pages.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Developer experience.
• Proven track record of improving processes and effectiveness through automation.
• Strong understanding of IT service management and the ITIL framework.
• Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
