Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow apps, modules, and workflows.
Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, rules, and automation.
Develop integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, ensure security and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Active Secret clearance (TS preferred).
3+ years ServiceNow development experience.
Bachelor's in CS or related field.
Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog experience.
ITIL processes and secure federal environments; onsite in Washington, DC.
