📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM.
• Build workflows, Flow Designer processes, and integrations.
• Develop server- and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies).
• Create scalable solutions with upgrade-safe methods.
• Build integrations via REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Customize Service Portal widgets and UI enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript knowledge (ES5/ES6) on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub; REST/SOAP/MID Server integrations.
• CSA certification required; CAD certification preferred.
