ServiceNow Developer Senior

📋 Description

• Design, configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions.
• Focus on ITSM workflows, CMDB, UI, and automation.
• Build automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts.
• Maintain Service Catalog, Service Portal, and related items.
• Manage CMDB architecture, transformations, and data reconciliation.
• Develop upgrade-safe apps with ServiceNow Studio and Application Engine.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in ServiceNow development or similar field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required; degree or certification preferred.
• Strong ITIL, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML/CSS, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server administration.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
