ServiceNow ITAM (SAM/HAM) Developer

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain complex Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions within
• Design and implement automated software request, reclamation, and asset management workflows using
• Create and configure Service Catalog items for software requests, including advanced client-side
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, JAMF, and third-party inventory
• Develop REST and SOAP integrations connecting ServiceNow with external software publisher portals
• Optimize background jobs, reconciliation engines, and scheduled scripts to improve platform

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with strong specialization in IT Asset
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow API framework.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAM Pro data models, Software Installation tables, Discovery Models
• Strong experience working with SQL, XML, JSON, and IntegrationHub steps.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM) certification is
