📋 Description

• Design end-to-end solutions that combine the Moveworks AI Assistant, Reasoning Engine, and
• Translate IT, HR, and enterprise service use cases into agentic solutions that complete work across
• Define integration architecture across ServiceNow, identity platforms, HRIS, collaboration
• Set standards for plugin design, authentication, access control, launch rules, testing, and
• Lead design sessions and architecture reviews with client IT, security, and platform teams.
• Configure, build, test, and optimize Moveworks Agent Studio agents and plugins.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years implementing, configuring, or developing ServiceNow in 2 or more capabilities (ITSM, HRSD
• 2+ years of hands-on Moveworks experience: Agent Studio or Creator Studio plugins, AI Assistant
• 4+ years building integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth and other authentication models, MID
• Strong ServiceNow scripting and build skills: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs
• Working knowledge of LLM concepts: prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, or
