ServiceNow Platform Specialist

📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, system
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to ensure system stability, security
• Configure and develop ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and automations using JavaScript and
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with platform standards
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and integrations to improve visibility into service
• Support the onboarding of new services and business functions onto the ServiceNow platform

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of related professional experience, including 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Post-secondary certificate or diploma in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, processes, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, workflow automation
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs for developing and configuring platform
