📋 Description

• Lead teams deploying AI on ServiceNow (Now Assist, AI Agents, Orchestration)
• Lead AI-enabled programs across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, ITAM
• Architect AI solutions: prompts, skill config, and workflow orchestration on ServiceNow AI
• Create AI governance deliverables: AI adoption roadmaps, use-case business cases
• Lead client demos/workshops showcasing GenAI and agentic capabilities
• Lead integration design linking ServiceNow AI with third-party LLMs and data sources

🎯 Requirements

• Subject matter expert on ServiceNow with AI and agentic capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence)
• Expert in at least two ServiceNow processes with AI/automation in at least one
• Expert-level ServiceNow development: scripting for AI Agent config, skill building, and workflow orchestration
• Recognized expertise in AI/agentic solution design within the organization
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
