• Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform
• Expert in at least two IRM/SecOps process areas
• Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong integration skills with third-party tools
• Excellent presentation, communication, and attention to detail
• Self-starter with broad technology expertise
