🎯 Requirements

8+ years of business experience; 7+ years in tech project management.
Strong Agile project management and iterative delivery.
PMP certification; Agile/SCRUM certifications preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and WBS.
