📋 Description

• Review publisher analysis and stories, then write test scenarios and test cases that trace back to
• Validate entitlement and consumption logic: rights owned, rights consumed, rights available and

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on QA experience on the ServiceNow platform, within at least 3 years of
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Professional or Software Asset Management concepts
• Practical test automation experience, ideally with ServiceNow ATF, and enough JavaScript to read
• Strong data validation skills: comfortable reconciling numbers across tables, reports and
• Experience writing structured test cases and sign-off reports, and using Jira and a test management
