ServiceNow Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the QA strategy for each sprint within ServiceNow.
• Design, develop, and maintain ATF automated tests.
• Execute automated tests and manual validation for ITSM/CSM.
• Lead test planning, UAT, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Manage defects, risks, and test data; ensure end-to-end quality.
• Validate configurations in non-prod environments and align to requirements before production.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years QA/testing experience; 2+ years in ServiceNow QA.
• Hands-on ATF: design, steps, data-driven testing, and execution.
• ADM module for test case management, test execution, and defect logging.
• Experience testing ITSM and/or CSM modules (functional, regression, UAT).
• Strong ITIL knowledge: Incident, Change, Problem, and Request workflows.
• Excellent communication; able to lead UAT; familiarity with Generative AI tools.
