ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst - IRM

📋 Description

• Understand and document business requirements and user stories for ServiceNow implementations.
• Define customer needs, strategy, and plans/proposals to improve processes.
• Own business requirements and priorities with clients/end users.
• Conduct impact analysis on current IRM processes.
• Produce functional specs, wireframes, and mock-ups for delivery teams.
• Partner with the technical team to demo solutions to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven ServiceNow experience with IRM
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based business process architecture
• ServiceNow: Integration, Security Center, Upgrades, Debugging, Custom Apps
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A four-year degree in CS/CE/IS or equivalent work experience
• ServiceNow CSA certification
