📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor software engineers while supporting the successful delivery of
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions based on functional and technical
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues affecting the ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Customer Service Management (CSM), integrations
• Support and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules to ensure reliability, performance, and
• Develop, support, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

• Strong professional experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience working on complex or large-scale ServiceNow professional services projects.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and
