ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer - ITOM

📋 Description

• Gather system requirements from end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders.
• Customize ServiceNow apps and roll out ITOM modules (CMDB/Discovery).
• Configure REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and other apps.
• Leverage Flow Designer, Business Rules, Scripting, Integrations, and logic.
• Promote update sets and data across ServiceNow environments.
• Remediate production incidents related to this scope.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years' experience with ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB/Discovery/Mid Services).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using mid servers and cloud-to-cloud.
• Experience with ITOM bi-directional, automated integrations.
• Data extraction tech (JDBC/ODBC) or ETL integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, REST APIs.
• Ability to create technical design documents and user docs.
