Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies for ServiceNow implementations and
Perform change impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness
Create and manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans
Partner with business leaders, project teams, and end users to facilitate successful change adoption
Design and deliver training programs, user enablement initiatives, and learning materials
Conduct workshops, focus groups, and readiness assessments

🎯 Requirements

Experience working with ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or related modules
Certification in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent
Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives
ServiceNow certification is a plus
