📋 Description

Interface with end users to gather Service Portal/HRSD requirements
Customize ServiceNow apps and roll out new features (UI, workflows)
Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other systems via REST/SOAP
Strong experience with ITSM, Service Portal, HRSD, and B2B Integrations
Create technical design docs and user documentation
Lead UAT and promote update sets across environments

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, HRSD, and/or B2B Integrations
Strong Service Portal and HRSD expertise
ServiceNow integrations via MID servers and cloud-to-cloud
Web Services (SOAP/REST) and bi-directional integrations
Data extraction/ETL integrations (JDBC/ODBC)
Implemented ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows
Scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, REST APIs
