🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in the ServiceNow domain with AI-enabled solutions.
• Deep ServiceNow AI depth: Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Search, NLU.
• Lead AI enablement across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM or SecOps product suites.
• Mentor consultants and junior developers; guide agile delivery.
• Hands-on JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST; data pipelines.
• Explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders; manage expectations.
