  • Excellent communication to articulate concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Customize ServiceNow apps using scripting, workflows, BRs, and UI policies.
  • ServiceNow CIS/CAD/CIS certifications preferred.
  • Experience with HRSD or GRC modules.
