🎯 Requirements

  • Subject matter expert on a ServiceNow platform (ITOM preferred)
  • Expert knowledge on at least two process areas within ServiceNow
  • Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project and situational awareness
  • Able to travel at least 25%
