ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant - ITSM

📋 Description

• Translate client needs into clear user stories and tasks for dev teams.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, ITOM (Discovery/CMDB).
• Lead workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Craft and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform integrations and build custom Portals (REST, SOAP, MID Server).

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years with ServiceNow, including hands-on development and implementation.
• Strong ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB).
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to all audiences.
• Customize ServiceNow apps using scripting, workflows, UI policies.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD or CIS certifications preferred.
• Experience with HRSD or GRC modules.
